Yoga is very good for older people but they're often put off by its image. I'm over fifty myself and I've designed these online classes to meet older people's needs. They help with tiredness, back ache, stiff joints, breathing and circulation. They reduce anxiety and give you more energy. I give clear instructions during the class and explain how to pay online and use Zoom securely.
