Canon Pixma Ix4000 A3+ Colour Printer, Not Working

4 colour printer. Not heavily used and was working fine but started giving streaky prints. Tried deep clean but after a few cycles it is flashing alternate orange and green (6 times) and cartridge doesn't move. Comes with an unopened GENUINE Canon pack of 3 colours (C,M,Y) and 1 unopened set of 4 colour (C,M,Y & B) compatible cartridges.
